2. What data we process, and why
2.1 Visiting the website
When you visit ajmedia.dk, our web server automatically records technical information in server logs: IP address, time, pages requested, browser type and operating system, and the page you came from (referrer).

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). When your browser fetches the fonts, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers. Google may process this data in countries outside the EU/EEA on the basis of the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Read more in Google's privacy policy.

If data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, this is done on the basis of the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

We have implemented technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration and unauthorised access. The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to systems containing personal data is limited to employees with a work-related need.
8. Marketing through our brands
AJ Media ApS operates a number of consumer-facing websites in casino comparison and consumer loans and sends permission-based email and SMS marketing on the basis of consent obtained through these brands or through co-sponsored campaigns. The processing of data in these contexts is described in each brand's own privacy policy, available on the relevant website.
If you wish to withdraw consent or be removed from marketing, you can always use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply "STOP" to an SMS, or write to hello@ajmedia.dk. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
